TERMS & CONDITIONS
The rate
The rates advertised do NOT include hair & make up artists or costumes. Digital make up and props support only will be provided.
The Picture
You have the right to choose 10 pictures. If you need my professional viewpoint, I may edit and give you more than 10 pictures. Please make sure you are certain which pictures you want to choose to be edited as I am not able to give or sell you the remaining pictures in high resolution. All 10 edited pictures will be in .JPG format / High quality and good enough to print for size 12x18in 300dpi. The remaining shoot pictures will be in .JPG format 600x400 pixels 72 dpi. All pictures will be sent via email after being edited.
Privacy
Nude pictures will be deleted 2 days after the files have been sent to the client for privacy reasons. Please make sure not to delete the files after they have been sent, as all backups will be deleted.
Payment
Payment is in cash on the day of the photo shoot only. Overtime charge is £60 per hour. Time starts from the first shot and finishes when you have chosen the pictures. Make sure you have enough time to change your make-up or clothes.
Copyright
Nude assignment copyright belongs to the model only. All other picture assignment copyright belongs to the photographer and model jointly. Please do not use pictures for commercial reasons without prior permission.
